Goal of Foundation
KODAF is
- to carry out a role as a partner of the government who provides critical opinions and evaluation for their policies for welfare of the disabled and offer alternatives
- through collaboration and strengthened bond between member organizations, to find out what the disabled need most and extract collective opinions
- through international interchanges, to learn welfare policies in developed countries and pass out such experiences
- to realize idea of equality and means of socialization of the disabled through securing rights for adequate education and professional, social, and medical rehabilitation, and further to contribute to improving their quality of life
