- develop businesses which can support and protect rights and interests of disabled people-oriented enterprises
- support cooperations between disabled people-oriented enterprises
- for disabled people-oriented enterprises, provide consulting program for management or improving productivity etc.
- develop hight value added products or jobs
- provide training program to scout and train professional business managers or to train general managers
- conduct research and development of product facilities or equipment suitable for the disabled.
- make policy recommendations for better codes and regulations regarding severely disabled people or for development of businesses to promote their employment.
- keep international interchanges regarding employment of the disabled or collaborative relationship with local authorities and other related organizations.
- promote improvement of labor market condition and employment status, and increase of new employment for the disabled.
- locate, support and promote employers who are doing an excellent job in hiring the disabled and providing them with stable employment and a safe workplace.
- run Supporting Center for employers who hire the disabled, and conduct research and investigation for employment status of the disabled.
