Goal of Foundation

Through promoting development of welfare centers for the disabled and encouraging them to build up a sound relationship with the rest of the society , we try to contribute to improving welfare of the disabled.

Business Projects 1. diversify and specialize management of welfare centers
2. exchange related knowledge, experiences, and other information to promote development of welfare centers
3. support program to help socialization of the discharged
4. provide educational or training program in which center's employees can increase their expertise
5. promote private capital's involvement in management of welfare facilities for the disabled
6. by build up collaborative system linking private capital with management of centers, turn the general management more efficient.
7. encourage amicable interactions between centers.
8. regarding related issues to centers, extract collective opinions from the field and deliver them to the government.
9. form connections between the disabled and the adequate supporters
10. provide various programs to support rehabilitation including vocational rehabilitation program and welfare facilities (added on Apr. 4, 1998)(revised on Feb. 23, 2000)
11. introduce monitoring and guiding system for member centers' facilities. (added on Sep 21, 2001)
12. introduce contracted management of youth centers for the disabled and cultural centers for disabled youngsters (added on Sep 21, 2001)
13. run other businesses that can be helpful to achieve organization's main goal and lucrative businesses approved by the authority
