Goal of Foundation

- improve general perspective for the disabled in the society, increase their social activities, and support their rehabilitation and independency.
- improve the "quality of life" for the disabled.

Main Activities

- conduct surveys and researches and provide counselling service for the disabled.
- to improve quality of life for the disabled, carry out educational and connecting programs and try to change related regulations into better ways
- provide protection, guidance and counselling service in order to protect rights and interests of the disabled
- provide facilities for the disabled and support workshops for their independent living
- hold various events to promote better social perspective for the disabled and their rehabilitation and independency
- issue publications to provide necessary information
- provide scholarship, and run a program for searching, educating and supporting artists in many different fields.
- keep collaborative interchanges with internal or external related organizations
- run Information Support Center of Convenient Facilities for the Disabled.
