Goal of Foundation

KAMR was established in July 1968 as s a corporation. Its major goal is to advocate rights for the mentally retarded and to improve their welfare. It has promoted counselling program for the disabled, vocational rehabilitation, education and training programs, cultural and athletic promotion, international interchanges and cooperations, education for infomationization, self-sustenance aid, and improvement of codes and regulations.
